Kid Masks
The CDC recommends that children above the age of 2 should wear face coverings.
Keeping Your Child Healthy
Children should wear reusable cloth face coverings when in public spaces, especially when they may have difficulty staying 6 feet part from others. Some examples may be the doctor’s office, the pharmacy, school, or grocery store.
Physical distancing, or social distancing, is still the best way to prevent the spread of COVID-19. However, if that is not possible at all times, make sure your children know the basics of caring for themselves and others during this time.
- Teach your child how to properly wash their hands.
- Teach your child how to properly wear their mask.
- Provide a good example; wash your hands regularly, wear your mask correctly.
- Provide support for your child; to find ways to help your child cope click here.
